Have had tooth and gum pain for a week after seeing the dentist and given flouride t/paste. Requested appt this morning and seen at 1400 hrs. Quick x-ray revealed infection and given antibiotic. Take for 5 days and extract the tooth next Tuesday. Very pleased with the quick service and look forward to the extraction. Good efficient practice.

Always friendly . Efficient. Easy to contact and puts patients as ease . Don’t do work unless necessary . When I went today for check up discussed my mouth and advised no need to go for 12 months but advised to contact of any problems

Had a filling at the practice today. Three Reception staff are helpful and efficient. Dentist is extremely good, explains throughout what is being done and is patient and professional . I was given the opportunity to make an appointment for a check up next year which is appreciated as it was a bit tricky getting date this time.

I have been going for a good number of years and cannot fault this practice. Always friendly and helpful also caring with me Having gum problems for many years I ve always felt like I ve had the best treatment. When I first went to this practice I had a bad experience with a previous dentist who did not listen to me. This did cause me some distress and it also made me very nervous on going to see another dentist but I was put at ease straight away by my dentist who went through everything with me to put me at ease. He has so much patience. Today I have been in as I need 2 teeth removing and a plate put in again he has gone through everthing with me, so I understand what to expect. Also I would like to say that his assistant is very friendly and helpful

The dentist i see is very patient with me, very clear on treatment (currently & next steps) have accommodated me twice now with short notice appointments.

Difficult to get an appointment brought forward due to a tooth problem but the phone assistant worked hard and got one for me within the week which was appreciated. The doctor treated me quickly and I hope it will be a lasting solution. All fine.

Quick service , explained what they were going to do , ask me if I’d got any questions. Gave me advise for extra cleaning of teeth. Had a form digital to fill in before I went to appointment, gave me a reminder by text then again by email. Very friendly staff . Very clean in the room went in & explaining that I needed a X-ray to see how things are going

My first time at this practice and all the staff that I came into contact with put me at ease. The dentist explained everything about my treatment and made sure I was comfortable at all times

I suffered terrible dental phobia when I first came to this surgery about 10 years ago. Along with Psychotherapy the regular dentist helped me get over my fear and has always put me at my ease. Cheerful kind and understanding he is a credit to the NHS.

welcoming reception staff , dentist is extremely knowledgeable and I didn't feel rushed in any way. Everything was explained very well.
