Changed over to this dentist as my children’s NHS dentist left previous surgery. Cavendish Dental Practice accepted both children as NHS and I moved over still as a private patient. We got in straight away for checks as a family. The dentist and dental assistant were very kind and reassuring, explaining everything clearly with respect and clarity. Reception staff extremely helpful. I’m certainly glad I made the move.

I was removed from list for missing 2 appts in 3 years, I requested to speak to Practice manager to discuss, she was not available, I asked for email to send my appeal details, was advised she has no time to read emails. I was requested to write a letter, I find it difficult to believe a practice manager does not have an email

I attended as part of an emergency appointment. I am unable to mention who I saw as he didn’t even introduce himself. I was x rayed - which wasn’t explained to me and the dentist then knocked my tooth with the plate with no apology. I was in there no longer than 5 minutes. It’s made an already difficult to manage phobia of the dentist even worse. I do not recommend this practice
