   I have been a patient at Mile Lane Dental Practice for many years and want to put on record my thanks and appreciation to all staff from the reception staff to the dentists. I feel I receive a quality service from entering the building to leaving and am grateful for both the treatment and information on dental health which I always receive. I recently had to cancel and re-arrange an appointment and the lady on reception was kind, patient and helpful. I am aware this young lady has been at the Practice for several years and she has consistently displayed her excellent customer service skills both over the telephone and face to face. Thank you
