Such Lovely staff, especially my dentist and dental nurse! Sorry I can’t remember their names but they were in the upstairs sunny room

I was charged £40.95 for a hygienist appointment. I am an NHS patient and my understanding is that I should only have been charged £23.80

Waiting time was poor. 20mins late for my appointment with 2 young kids. Room wasn't even occupied so its not like they were running over. Dentist wasn't very confident either

I was kept waiting for 30 minutes so was quite stressed by the time ithe dentist was ready too see me. Treatment went without any problems - the dentist explained everything well. Im afraid this is not the first tome ive been kept waiting.

Staff were brill and friendly. I liked the young female dentist that dealt with me. First time I had seen her. Would like to book in with her when I am back for my checkup. She was professional but kind and understanding.

The dentist is both highly competent but equally has an excellent manner with patients of all ages. Highly recommend his services with family members

The staff always make you feel at ease and genuinely seem to care about your teeth and gum health, they give detailed explanations of any proposed work required and always give good sound advice.

Never had any problems with any of the dentists, The reception area is not as 'open' since the desk has been tucked in a corner, it doesn't feel as welcoming when you enter the room as the staff are hidden behind that dull tall grey desk. On the plus side, the staff are still friendly and polite.

I attened to see the hygenist. Had a very thorough teeth clean and was given good adivice about dental hygiene. Excellent service as usual.
