Have been attending this practice for many years. From the moment you walk through the door you are welcomed with a friendly smile. the reception staff are amazing and helpful. the dentist is very friendly and helpful. The check up was very good and I left feeling any concerns I had were answered. absolutely amazing staff through out the practice.

I had a “one off” emergency nhs appointment in 2022 with dental design studio. I am a nervous patient, and was not made to feel at ease at all during the appointment. The dentist mumbled, he was rough handed. Not a comfortable affair. Problem was not completely fixed and still have dental pain to this present day. Fast forward to this August (2023); dental pain now occurring in two areas (one of which “treated” already). Dental design studio refuse to see me as an emergency as I have already had the one off emergency nhs appointment. Call 111 and they tell me that they are obliged to see me and they sent a referral through. Call dental design studio back and they stood their ground and refused. Although they did say that they could offer me a private appointment. Something tells me that this dentist practice is only interested in the money private dentistry pulls in. Receptionists are rude and not helpful. Practice manager appalling. Avoid.

Attended the Walthamstow Dentist without an appointment due to sudden dental pain, the receptionist was very polite and helpful, I was seen in about half-hour as an emergency," thankyou". I have been attending this dentist for many years
