How quick and prompt the appointment was, the cleanliness of the surgery and how nice and thorough the dentist’s were in my pre op assessment. As a very anxious patient it’s always helpful when the dentist is understanding.

All of the staff are friendly and helpful, starting at the reception desk through to the dentist. It really puts you at ease when you visit for an appointment, thanks.

Managed to slot me in for emergency appointment after 2 days and prescribed antibiotics prior to the next available appointment which was a 1 week wait. Efficient and proffessional

The hygenist was excellent. I have not had such an appointment in quite a while so it is really good to have this service. The only reason I marked the experience down was because there was a wait of half an hour and the receptionist did not mention that the hygienist was running late when I first booked in.

Really pleased that I got an appointment the same day for a loose filling , even more impressed that on the visit the filling was replaced . I’m absolutely prettified of the dentist but having been at this practice now for approximately 5 years can now have treatment without sedation ! A credit to the team

As you know, I have a lot of difficulty with anxiety coming to the dentist and worry a lot however, for the first time in 30+ years, I felt so ill at ease, calm and safe if that makes sense in his hands! Please please pass on a massive thank you from me. I know he only did an x-ray and a temporary filling. However I felt very much more better today than I have ever done that it surprise me

Staff are very reassuring and kind. I am a nervous dental patient and they always put me at ease through treatment with sedation. Overall a very good dentist.
