The orthodontist we saw was really patient and considerate with my daughter who suffers from autism and anxiety. It was her first time using this practice and she was full of nervous anticipation beforehand but his manner immediately put her at ease. He explained in detail and very calmly what steps he was going to take and why Which is very important to my daughter

Dentist rude, judgmental made us feel like we couldn’t ask questions about the treatment, really a bad experience overall.

My son requires braces but it was suggested that he didn’t have them fitted until after he has started hush school , rather wait until other children in his year group have them so he doesn’t stand out in the crowd - that was thoughtful

I love how understanding the receptionist is and the orthodontics lady was so gentle with my son and very helpful (sorry i forgot the name of the lady who put my sons braces she was soo povely) highly recommend this place 5 stars from me ?????

The orthodontist nurse who works upstairs and tightens my sons bracecs she is such a friendly lady and understanding, and gives parents feedback.
