From the Receptionist, through the Hygienist to the Dentist received nothing but friendly, professional attention with a full explanation of procedures. Helped to create a relaxed atmosphere and eliminate any anxiety.

I turned up on time for my appointment and despite the surgery not looking busy was called in to see the hygienist 20 minutes late.There were no apologies or acknowledgement of the delay

Very friendly reception staff appointment both on time. A full dental examination and a thorough hygienist provided, any emergency work that I have required was quickly sorted.

I hate the dentist, had a very bad experience when younger! My dentist is aware of this and is very caring and understanding with my needs. Hate the smell, the noise the equipment,the Needle!!! To the extent where I cry. but she talks to me, gave me a stress ball which really helps to take my mind off what’s happening. This visit was my easiest to date, and that’s definitely down to how relaxed I was made to feel…. A massive Thankyou

Appreciated the calm atmosphere at reception and the friendly welcome; was seen promptly and every aspect of the procedure was explained before the treatment started. Although it was quite major and took a long time I was treated gently and given good advice for aftercare as the anaesthetic wore off. Pleased to say that I now have a well repaired tooth. Thank you.

Many years ago I used to be quite squeamish about having dental work done, the dentists here have been gentle and patient, this last visit was a check up, without the need for any work so a bonus, but nevertheless I was advised what daily procedures to undertake to keep my teeth and gums healthy.

I'm a very nervous person they really are very caring and understanding about my nerveness they make me feel very at ease especially the hygienist she's lovely and the dentist I have been going there for many year's wouldn't go anywhere else.....
