Too many parents for only one dentist, and the receptionist is best person to give you awful service possible. Strongly recommend not to go there.

I came in for sensitivity on my left side and I left with blood cloths and a literal tiny hole drilled in between the first two teeth in the bottom row. I was gaslit by the staff when I mentioned this, I have never bled this much after a cleaning or had a gap drilled in my smile. The dentist rushed my cleaning because ‘the next patient arrived’ and now I have a permanent hole in my smile.

They understand how frightened I am and after all the years of being under their care they remain so understanding and put me at ease I even moved house 9 years ago and still will travel to them for my treatment

I did not like the dentists attitude towards my child. It was my child’s first ever time going to the dentist and they didn’t try hard enough to make my child feel comfortable. They decided to question on if I had prepared my child about the appointment when I did but how can I guarantee that my child will not cry and make a fuss. Also, do your job and advise me. Do not question my parenting. Clearly lack of professionalism. I was not impressed. I knew my child would be scared and might react but didn’t expect the experience to be so negative. Not happy whatsoever!

On my many low moments of painful infections, All staff were kind, helpful and competent, when you needed it the most , I honestly would recommend this practice to family and friends .

Was given medication that contained something I specifically and clearly stated what I am allergic to which lead me to have a reaction. Administration did not even apologies for their mistake after I mentioned how they was not apologetic about the incident.

Fantastic practice the dentist is the best and always keeps updated on my treatment this practice is so very clean and welcoming and friendly staff and great service.
