I’ve seen the dentist and the hygienist over the past 12 months after not going to a dentist for nearly 20 years. Both put me at ease and are so lovely that I wish I had had a dentist like this before and then I would have been more inclined to keep going. I’ve needed work and everything has been clearly explained and talked through whilst having procedures. I cannot recommend this dentist enough.

The hygienist was keen to take in account that I have had a stroke. She arranged to contact the hospital to check if was safe to go ahead on the treatment. She was caring and professional.

My dentist & the dental nurse present during my treatment were excellent & very patience with me as I am a tad nervous having any dental treatment. Thank you.

The reception desk needs modernisation. It’s too small and filing cabinets pushed out at the sides look unsightly, it could look sleeker, cleaner and fit for purpose. I was aware of a patient phone call which was causing a few frustrations for one of your team, disappointingly your team member was not so sympathetic to the caller and I’m not sure listening to this is in the best interest of either party. Perhaps when updating the reception desk think of some sound proofing to give some privacy. The ladies on reception are generally friendly in my experience.

My dentist is so lovely and also makes such an effort with my little boy. Always finds out what’s causing the problem if I’m having any pain in my teeth.

Dentist friendly very thorough and always quick to advise on dental hygiene. New receptionist doing a sterling job on her own today very friendly and welcoming
