    I've been with this dentist for a few years now and have always found them exceptionally patient as I am very very nervous. They make me feel relaxed (or as relaxed as I can be in the situation), I am kept fully informed and all my options explained. I started with needing numbing for just a clean and with their help that is no longer needed. My usual dentist has moved to another area so I am currently with a new one, but the signs are good and she seems lovely. That's the good and I would highly recommend them for nervous patients. However, they are terrible at being able to keep the appointments they have made. Jan 2020 treatment appt cancelled (and then Covid which couldn't be helped). Finally got back in May 2023 (not the surgery's fault) ; had my check up and the work from 2020 is still outstanding. Two appointments for this work have now been cancelled, the last literally less than one hour before it was due. I have taken a day off work for this! I understand things don't always go to plan but texting me less than an hour before isn't acceptable. If it had been the other way round I'd now be searching for a new dentist (which we all know is like finding treasure, you hear rumours but nothing ever pans out). I like them, I trust them, but don't make plans that you can't change at the last moment.

    Phoned the practice and was 'first in line' for 25 minutes before i rang off, and no response to my attempt to leave a message.

    and will be answered by the next available representative’ It’s been saying this for 30 minutes? Is anyone there? No one knows. I just need to book a check up. Not great since it changed from ravat ray to whoever owns it now. Not impressed. I’m actually writing this review while still in the queue. Not spoken to a single person yet. I’ve never had a check up since it’s been taken over. I did have an appointment but it was cancelled by the practice. Bizarre.
