    I visited them 9th May for a check-up. I knew I'd need further treatment as I had a broken tooth & another with a failing filling. Because of compter troubles they couldn't book follow up appointments, but they said they'd call me to arrange one. After 2 weeks & no calls, I started to call them. Couldn't get through. Then I emailed. No replies. On 27th June I finally got to speak to someone. Who said they'd call me back. No call. That Friday I tried calling again. Only voicemail. I emailed again, saying I was off work the following week, could come in any day, any time. No reply. Called again today. Got to speak to someone, who glibly told me that as it was over 2 months since my check up. I'd have to start the process again. New check up, new feel. There was no apology, even when I pointed out the delays were because of them. It was just 'that's the rules, now, if you'd like to make a new appointment we will need your card details for you to pay in advance. I'm looking for a new NHS dentist & if I can't find one, pliers, I'll pull the teeth myself!
