Reception staff helpful and friendly. Dentist put me at ease and gave me a thorough check up. Efficient, saw the dentist at the appointment time.

I’m very nervous and anxious of the dentist and they are so patient and reassuring. They take their time and explain thoroughly what is happening which all helps to put you at ease.

We waited 45 minutes was in 5 mins to be told my disabled mother would be charged £176 for a small white filling after paying £58 for a check up

Always great to be honest, the girls on reception actually do care and try there best to help you. All dentist’s and there supporting people in the room are always lovely. I have anxiety and usually end up in a mess and have panic attacks, they’re always really nice and understanding to me.

Staff very efficient and friendly, did not have to wait to long . The clinic was very clean and tidy, my dentist is very friendly and puts you at your ease

Receptionist was very helpful and was able to fit me in as an emergency with toothache. The dentist was very professional with examination and advice.

Great dentist, always had a good experience when I’ve gone there. A little bit disappointed after today’s emergency treatment to learn that I have now been kicked off the books and no longer a part of this Dental Surgery due to me not going there frequently enough. This is fair enough, but I was never made aware this is how it’s done, a letter or a phone call giving some warning would’ve been great.
