I rang today (12\2\2024) as this website said they were taking new over 18 NHS patients as does the practice website. However I was told, politely, that as their waiting list was beyond 5 years(!) that they are 'Not' taking NHS patients but if I wanted a private appointment they could fit me in! Not sure what to make of this?!

Receptionist are always helpful, dentist is always great at talking through my options and suggesting things that might help and letting me make an informed decision.

The dental treatment itself was absolutely fine - the difficulty was in getting an emergency appointment.

Very good service however a comment was made by the dentist implying that I would benefit from invisalign which I thought was a bit rude, offensive and could hurt some people who may already have low self esteem surrounding their smile but might not be able to afford invisalign for example
