Required to have a tooth extraction due to an a bacterial infection. Practice uses state of art equipment which allowed for a painless extraction. Polite, friendly and efficient, highly recommended.

I understand if someone misses and appointment that it is a pain and can cost the practice money. But the fact I did call and leave a voicemail explaining my lift fell through and I’m epileptic so very limited to transport to then get blamed for the practice being short staffed and they didn’t hear the voicemail so they won’t deal with me again at that practice is actually unbelievable…… if they had a answered the phone or listened the voicemail that wouldn’t have been the case.

I phoned for an appointment on Wednesday and was given one for Friday. I telephoned Thursday afternoon to say I needed to cancel. I was told it would go down as a missed appointment and I could no longer be seen. I asked why and was told I needed to give three working days notice of cancellation. I told the receptionist I wasn't given the appointment three days ago. Her reply oh well. As its an hour before close they wouldn't be able to give that appointment to someone else. I again explained I wasn't given the appointment three days ago. The receptionist was not interested. Why was I no told of the cancellation policy? I'm now having to look for another dentist.
