The appointment was quick and staff were friendly. Unfortunately whenever I have an appointment the dentist (whoever it is) is always running late and usually by at least 20 minutes, today’s appointment was 25 minutes late starting.

It was nice to not feel as though I was being pressured into unnecessary treatment which has been my experience for the last few years. This new dentist was much nicer. The dental nurse was also really friendly

The dentist i saw as always was friendly, polite and did not make me feel as if i was just another customer she wanted to see and get out the door, she took the time to give solid advice and i appreciated that she helped me arrive at the right decision for my situation! A really pleasant dentist always

I’m really disappointed in a few things, the first one is timings, I work and so when I book an appointment I expect to be in within 5 - 10 minutes max of that time, however it usually around 30-40 minutes after my time slot it needs to improve, and secondly it really feels that you are not interested in NHS patients, for example if you need something doing if you have it on the NHS you will pay this and have to wait a longer time or if you pay this massive amount of money you can get in this week, people are struggling and are on breadlines and it’s a terrible feeling to feel like that

Friendly professional service as usual from everyone. The Dentist was excellent investigating the issue & taking forward a solution. So fortunate to have such excellent NHS dentists locally.
