The team at steyning are great very thorough, great communication, and our experience with taking our child was exceptionally good.

I realise I am fortunate to be able to go to an NHS practice ...especially one that is so great . I was booked in for my 6 month check up , but I had a missing old filling ( dropped out a week ago ). After the routine check my dentist asked if I would like the filling replaced immediately because she had enough time . I jumped at the chance as I was having issues keeping the tooth clear of food. Injection was painless as always and filling replaced I went on with my day .

Extremely satisfied with treatment and general manners, courtesy and helpful ness of all those I encountered. Absolutely no complaints or faults whatever

I hate the dentist but they are amazing here make u feel at ease very friendly I have not been to dentist for years because I was so scared but coming here has helped and I'm no long to scared to go

Recently under new ownership Lovely friendly practice and it appears that nhs and private patients always treated the same. Something I have found not always the case in the past. At last !!

I use the hygienist service twice a year and the dental service just once unless there’s an emergency. I’m very happy with these services. A recent matter of concern required an emergency appointment. I was seen promptly and received the help I needed.

If you are an NHS patient in a budget, the new owners treat you like second class citizens. Shame, as the previous owners really cared about all of their patients, not just the paying ones. The receptionists are discourteous and lack communication skills. If NHS dentists were easier to find I would leave this practice.

I had to have an urgent appointment recently due to toothache. On leaving a voicemail the receptionist phoned me back very promptly and offered me an appointment that day. The dentist was very thorough, and explained outcome of x rays and examination to me. She also gave recommendations to help remedy the problem. All the staff were very pleasant, and I have a follow up appointment soon.

Having had a 'private' dentist before who were hugely expensive I went to Steyndent as a new patient on the NHS. Great service, friendly staff who made feel comfortable and good prices.
