Receptionist and dental staff all very friendly. As I'm an NHS patient I don't really have a choice but would prefer to have a dentist who knows me and my history so it's disappointing that the dentist has changed

We do always try to put a patient with the same dentist as we understand that patients build a relationship with their clinician. However, despite our best efforts to provide continuous care for our patients, unfortunately it is not always possible for a patient to see the same dentist, as various circumstances can mean it is not always possible. I have been with this practice for many years. The Dentist who I am registered with is very professional and calm. I highly recommend this practice.
