Nice practice however the reception staff can be extremely nice one minute then extremely rude. I asked for more information about a treatment, pricing ect as soon as I decided not to go ahead with treatment she turned extremely rude with a raised voice, I have been at this surgery since birth and am completely mortified i was spoken to this way and almost made me feel stupid i was extremely polite and respectfully throughout the discussion I didn’t feel there was need to be spoken to in this way.

Once again I have benifited from the service Staffa Lodge provides, the receptionists are always friendly and the treatment is second to none. After a recent extraction, due to taking blood thinners it was still bleeding fours hours later, I rang and asked for advice and the dentist rang back very quickly advising me to go to my local walk in centre and also to ring back with an update as soon as it was sorted. It was genuine concern for his patient that was very much apprecited
