   Been with the practice over 20yrs and generally happy with the service however my old Dentist left. Attended for check up and new Dentist did not introduce himself or explain whether he was a temporary or permanent replacement. When asked by receptionist how I found the new Dentist I explained that I found it disappointing that he could not even say “hello my name is”. The reply from the receptionist was that “they don’t always have time to do that “. Really basic stuff in a healthcare setting.
