One of worst dentist I have ever been to I had appointment today when I went practice was full with patients I booked in been told to have a seat after me there’s two more patients walked in then waiting for my turn for more than 45 minutes no one call me went back to receptionist asked her that what is going on the patients who came after me they been call in no one is calling me in yet she asked me what time was your appointment I said 12.05 she o okay let me ask dentist she come back to me that she is running late I said okay that’s fine but how come she has call the patients who’s came after me instead of apologising she goes to me no they came on time that was there appointment time I replied that how come you give same time to other patients at that time ask for complaint form they said we don’t have come back after 14 .00 pm then we will give you that I said why not now she still was saying come back. And also there’s no text been sent to me to say that dentists is running late.very unprofessional disgusting behaviour

Dear Patient Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. I’d like to apologise for the long waiting time. There are reasons why you were seen late but they do not justify the delay. We were unfortunately short staffed on the day which also did not help. The complaints form is at reception and accessible to all patients as well the complaints policy. Wow, I was soooooo scared to go to a Dentist, but they are so lovely and I promise you that they are realyyyyy perfect for worried patients. I am so proud to call this person my dentist x

I received an impeccable service; I recommended the practice to both friends and family. The dentist himself was very friendly and accommodating, I will definitely be returning for further dental care.
