   I was referred here from my dentist in Essex. I walked in reception seemed nice. Got called to see my dentist. He was extremely rude, and looked down on me as if I was stupid. He told me I needed an X-ray however I could not bite down on the piece. Which he then kicked me out of the room and stated I was refusing his treatment and that he couldn’t treat me he has been a dentist for 15 years and never had someone like me. Which was not the case. I managed to do the X-ray but the dental nurse using a different method. (The dental nurse was nice). After getting my X-rays he told me that he couldn’t help me and that he will send it back to my dentist. I am not scared of dentists at all however he has made me petrified to the point I left crying and couldn’t breath I was so stressed out. I then complained to reception who could not care at all. Absolutely disgusted by this practice.
