    A friendly, busy, straightforward dental practice that cares about their patients. My treatment was delivered by a skilful, gentle and reassuring dentist who had a knowledgeable dental nurse, who worked seamlessly. My treatment was on time and professionally delivered. The receptionists were polite, calm and very friendly despite it being a very busy time. Thank you.

    I phone to confirm my appointment time this morning and was told by the receptionist that my appointment had been cancelled. I asked why I hadn't been notified. The reception said that she could get me an appointment if I could get to the surgery in 10 minutes. I had a check and then was told as the dentist that seen me today was leaving the surgery, I would need a second check up with the new dentist.. I explained that I didn't want to pay for two check ups as the appointment with the dentist I just seen was pointless if he is leaving and I had to see another dentist for the same thing. The receptionist then became very rude and dismissive. Very bad experience.

    The staff are very friendly and make you feel reassured. We've always had excellent care on every visit to the practice and comes thoroughly recommended
