Dentist barley spoke English (if the did they certainly didn't want to speak to me). Wouldn't answer any of my questions. I still have an infection on my gum that has not been addressed, when I asked the dentist what I should do about it they shrugged their shoulders and just said "salt water". Also tried to ask some for some professional advice about my dental insurance but the dentist kept giving me NHS prices. Wasn't expecting the most amazing service but the dentist just seemed like they just wanted to pull my teeth out and get rid of me.

Although going to a dentist can be a fraught experience, my visit in April 2024 for a dental check up was a pleasure.

I don’t know the name of the doctor but she is really very nice and polite what actually needed with dentist. She did the temporary tooth filling very nicely. I was very scared but she did it so nicely

When I arrived the reception staff were very friendly and helpful. My dentist and the hygienist gave me some very good advice which I have taken away with me. I felt very relaxed and comfortable and felt I could ask gor advice.

I was very pleased with the outcome of my visit, all of my options had been clearly advised by the dentist I saw she had brilliant customer service and a couple of times when I was moving my head so that it makes it easier to look at the back of my mouth she checked if I was OK and in pain. I would definitely recommend this dentist to other patients, also she answered any questions I had in a clear, concise and pleasant manner. Overall the experience of visiting the dentist was brilliant and it put an ease to any fears I previously had of visiting.

Sends reminder texts, and follow up phonecalls the day before the appointment. Clean tidy reception and rooms. Dentists with a professional competent and friendly manner. Best dentists I've had.

It was a very seamless and informative experience. I was able to ask the receptionist/dentist/nurses any questions and they were knowledgable enough to answer. The checkup was quick and thankfully for me no issues were found.

Explained all issues clearly and answered my queries. Checked teeth and when I couldn't open mouth for a long while, the dentist took their time and kept me calm. Then completed task.
