Have been axed from their NHS list as I cancelled one appointment. They’d booked me on 22nd Dec and they cancelled as dentist was unavailable for a second time, think they’d previously cancelled as his wife was having a baby. I cancel one appointment and am taken off the NHS register! Unreasonable. I could have opted to pay £55 for a private appointment with them but figured, if I have to pay - I may as well look for another practice and pay them! Found a superb dentist charging more but I’m happy to pay them.

I have been going to Smile Care dental Clinic for a number of years now and every time I visit, the service has been outstanding and the staff are very helpful and friendly. I recently went through the Invisalign process which I found quite daunting initially, but after my first appointment, I was put at ease. All the information provided was clear and i am very pleased with my end result! I highly recommend Smile Care dental clinic!

Been going here for a few years now and has been great, today was a route canal. All explained to me and what would happen, all went fine and totally painless. Very happy customer

I felt extremely nervous when I was due to have my first appointment at Smile dental clinic. This is due to negative experiences with my previous dentist, to the point that I visibly shake. I have been going to Smile dentist myself and with my family for the last couple of years and they have been fantastic! Taking the time to put me at ease each time I have visited,which I am extremely grateful for. Keep up the good work and thank you

Been a patient for many years [after an emergency appointment for a cracked tooth] - always found them to be highly professional, happy to answer questions and also suggest treatments and point out area's for concern. Each appointment follows up from the previous one, issues of note addressed and monitored to resolution. I've had no concerns with their approach and after all this time; appointments feel more like visiting friends! Dependable, welcoming and caring - fully recommended to all!

After waiting years to find a good trust worthy dentist, this practice was recommended by patients.I had a chipped from incisor which was repaired with white filling. It was done so professionally that even I couldn’t tell it wasn’t my tooth . The choice of colour was fantastic. I was also given advice about tooth brushes and correct brushing technique. There was no pressure at all and the whole atmosphere was relaxed and clean.

I have been a private patient of this practice for many years and up until my old dentist retired I had nothing but praise for this clinic. Since new staff and dentists have taken over it appears that appointment times are not regarded as important to them, every appointment I have made has resulted in a wait of at least 30 minutes, while I appreciate that on occasion appointments will overrun due to unforseen complications many of my recent visits I have noted the previous patient leaving the surgery, I expect a certain amount of time is spent cleaning and sterilising after each patients visit but not 30 minutes on a regular basis. Unfortunately like most of us who lead busy lives cannot afford this waiting time on every visit.
