I attempted to register with this dentist but they refused to take on NHS patients despite the NHS website stating that they are. Recommended becoming a private patient instead where I'd have to pay £60 just for the check up. Bearing in mind, I won't have any equipment or treatment done due to having a horrible phobia of dentists.

came to the dentist and was met by a warm welcome by the reception staff who were very helpful with filling in the forms. dentist was lovely and explained my treatment fully. highly recommend this dental practice

Went to the dentist rang to explain we were stuck in lots of traffic and not moving much just as we arrived had a call to say as I was 7 minutes late and the dentist had lot's of people waiting I wouldn't be seen (there was know one there) I was told l couldn't be seen for over a month told the lady that wasn't convenient to be told l could go at 8pm l told her that wasn't convenient to be given half 7 which that wasn't convenient I wasn't getting anywhere so left feeling very sad a cross if I hadn't rang and explained I was stuck in traffic I could understand not being seen (a 20 minute trip took 45 minutes to get there) l have been using this dentist for about 20 years I have only been late once before and again stuck in traffic but was 30 minutes late and was still seen

I came to this practice for an emergency appointment, I was so happy with the service that I have signed up as a patient here, thank you to the reception team for fitting me in so quicky.
