I was in slot of pain and the treatment I received was wonderful. The dentist was gentle, kind and very professional. I am very grateful for your help and kindness. All the staff were lovely and caring. Thank you all very much, I was able to sleep pain-free for the first time in months.

Communication is shocking. No one answers phone. Will take you off book if you are on benefits and won't see you unless you fight. When you do see a dentist they don't tell you whats going on. 3 week on and I'm Still waiting to see what's happening with half the tooth that's been left in my mouth but the receptionist can not access information about you're treatment. Been waiting 2 weeks to speak to a practice manager but as I can they do not answer phone calls. You have to leave a message. I certainly wouldn't take a child here as I'm 33 and in traumatised and iv been taking painkillers every 3 hours for 3 weeks now and there is still no help. I most definitely wouldn't pay to be seen here either because they don't treat you any better

Staff were very Helpful nothing was too much trouble and they got me an appointment to get me out of Pain quickly.
