They refused to see my 7 year old daughter, who was having teeth issues, as she had apparently missed an appointment the previous year. I asked if a reminder was sent or a notification was given of the removal and apparently they are too busy to do that. I'm appalled that they would refuse a 7 year old, especially with no notification of her being removed from the practice.

Rang to confirm appointment from my mobile and was cut off 3 times then call off work phone answer immediately to tell me I missed my appointment and no longer on there list after paying private for years to them absolutely disgraceful to be treated in that way I rang at 10.40 am 11.15 am and 1.40pm to be told no-one can take your call after listening to music

Been going here for a long time when I have a problem with my teeth they always manage to get me in. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

I gave them a call today for an appointment and got one on the same. This is best practice I have ever had. The staff are so caring and supportive with any problems you may have. Thank you for your help. Keep up the amazing work. I would recommend to my friends and family and any new patients needing a new dentist

Been for tooth extraction today absolutely brilliant the dentist and all the reception staff were lovely very helpful calmed me down and made me feel very relaxed cared for and totally professional would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a dentist 5 star service from start to finish thanks so much for looking after me as I'm quite a nervous person when it comes to the dentist but you all made me feel safe secure and happy so appreciate it very much thanks so much

Smallthorne Dental Practice provided me with excellent service, from fitting me in for an emergency appointment with tooth pain to the actual treatment. All my appointments have been on time and the staff are all very helpful and pleasant. The Dentist is very compassionate and understanding. Treatment provided was excellent and better than I have experience from other dental practices.
