Excellent Practice. Very friendly and efficient. Staff are lovely very reassuring. Would highly recommend.

I am someone who is really nervous about the Dentist and recently had to get two fillings and the Dentist put me at complete ease, pain free and did the procedure really quick as she knew how scared I was about having the procedure done. By far the best dentist I’ve ever used.

Rushed appointment. Problem not dealt with correctly Unable to get through on the phone to rearrange an appointment they cancelled

Three times my son’s appointments been cancelled by the practice. He needs two extractions foe his braces to be fitted. The first time they cancelled his braces appointment was pushed back. First time- dentist was off sick which i dont have issue with. But they failed to advise me until I turned up! I had took son out of school plus take time off work. Dentist had been off a week but they didn’t bother cancelling appointments! Second time- rang on morning of appointment to say friday appointments are only private and they couldn’t see my son. He had taken lunch as i was going to pick him up for appointment. 3rd time- rang two hours beforehand asking if we will attend, to which i said ‘yes’, rang again 30 mins before to say as appointment was only for 20 mins, they couldn’t extraction as dentist couldn’t complete it! They didnt know this two hours ago. I remember once cancelling an appointment with them, and they gave me grief and threatened to put me on block list. Apparently they quite ok to cancel at short notice when it suits them. Serious incompetence by staff. I really didnt know whether to laugh or cry when they cancelled third time. I will be putting in a complaint.

I have been registered to this practice for years and the service and treatment has always been excellent, however since a change of ownership and staff they dont even answer the phone anymore. Over 120 calls in one morning to go to answer phone. I eventually went to the practice and the phone is switched off it never rang once while I was in reception. While I appreciate there is a shortage of dentists some communication would be appreciated. How on earth can patients make any sort of appointment if they dont answer the phone.
