Have had 2 appointments since changing hands was not happy about the first one 6 months ago and the same goes for more recent. Everything seemed rushed and not the same service as previous owners. Both times scaled but not polished. Will be changing to another private Dentist

The practice has recently changed hands as the previous dentist unfortunately retired. I am a nervous patient and felt that wasn't taken into account on both visits I have had since the change. I really have lost all faith in this practice, the prices have gone up massively and they try to push you into expensive unnecessary treatment. I was left on reception for an hour as the dentist was running late, I was then subjected to a grumpy dentist and the most painful check up and clean I have ever had, it is now going to take me a long time to find a decent dentist who doesn't see patients as cash cows.

I have recently had a scale&polish which usually costs on the NHS £23.60p but the new owners informed me that NHS England has increased this charge to £73.60 an increase of £50!? The reason being that the new government has moved this treatment to band 2 ,Hence the increas
