I have never come across receptionists and front line staff who are so rude and who look as if they have lost the will to live. They are even rude on the phone. It doesn't give you any confidence in anything else they do. Dental care in general is adequate.

Rude and politely asked to see a different dentist because I was hard of hearing, completely ignored me and hadn't acknowledged a word I said. Rude rude rude.

I haven’t seen a dentist for several years due to anxiety, however after having some trouble with my teeth I finally got the courage to make an appointment. I only had to wait about a week to get an appointment and the staff were super friendly and put my nerves at ease right away. The dentist was very thorough and gave plenty of information about resolving my issues. Planning on using this practice for future appointments.
