This practice go above and beyond, it can be seen by the way customers are treated. I experienced a receptionist calm down a very nervous customer, she gave her water, then sat with her and comforted her even though she was clearly busy. Customers are put first here.

My patient journey from start to finish was faultless I was initially seen for a pain appointment. The manageress went out of her way to help me sign up and put me at ease, she is naturally calming. The nurses and dentist were great with me being nervous and talked me my way through each step and my dental operation. Thank you

I was recommended this dentists by my friend and it is exactly what she said! Experienced team providing high levels of care. It makes a real difference having a team who give you confidence and encouragement to get my smile back. One more appointment to go. If you get a place here you are very lucky.

My family and I are regular patients at the practice and have always received excellent care. I am a very nervous patient and the dentist has come to understand this and puts me at ease. The nurse is very understanding also, and the receptionists are welcoming, smiley and happy to make conversation putting me at ease whilst waiting for my appointment. In recent weeks following an accident I have taken our youngest son (3) several times, at short notice and this has never been a problem. He has now had 2 teeth removed now on separate occasions and all the staff have been amazing with him being such a young man and great with a nervous mummy too! I hope this team continue to practice for a long time yet as their service is excellent and I can’t thank them enough. Highly recommended always!

I saw the hygienist today and was greeted by a very welcoming receptionist and friendly staff. I received fantastic treatment and was reassured and well looked after by the staff. Would highly recommend the hygienist. The staff were all fantastic, they made this a very pleasant trip to the dentist.

To be welcomed with a warm smile and polite conversation when you are nervus makes a huge difference I am so thankful I have the best practice. My dentist explains things very well he's very good. I registered here for myself and husband after not having check ups for 3 years due to isolating. We gave signed up to the practices dental plan and we are very impressed. The male dentist explains everything and takes pictures for before & after treatment. Very professional practice and we have both been treated with dignity and respect and most of all compassion. Thank you very much shepshed team, keep it up

I am very impressed with the work of the Shepshed Dental Practice. All the staff are caring and proficient in their work. I have been with them for a few years now and cannot thank them enough for the treatment I have received. I have no hesitation in recommending them.
