Although I’m apprehensive of any dental procedure it was my first treatment with this particular dentist and assistant following a previous check up. I’m pleased to say the calming ambience of the treatment room and reassuring conversation during my pain free procedure was excellent. I would have no qualms about receiving treatment from this dentist and assistant again though ‘fingers crossed’ it won’t be any time soon. I would recommend this practice.

Everyone from reception to the dental chair were very friendly, professional and informative. Couldn’t ask for a more positive experience. Thankyou!

Having an irrational fear of dentists for many years I was apprehensive as usual at my appointment,however this is the first time I have felt relaxed ,lovely receptionist friendly & welcoming . My treatment included quite a large filling the dentist was very understanding and extremely gentle I didn’t feel a thing his nurse was also pleasant and made me feel very comfortable I actually don’t feel nervous regarding future appointments in fact looking forward to the new renovations that are taking place .

Came today for my check up. Staff from the receptionist to the dentist was amazing. I have been coming here 10 years+ and never had service like it. I would recommend this dentist. Amazing service.

I have been at this dentist over 40 years, covid happens and my checkup was cancelled. I havent heard from the dentist to say they are open and taking appointments. i have been removed from the list. Im not happy they just removed me me without any contact. Shocking

After visiting this practice for over 40 years various dentists and never missing any appointments I find I have been de registered the reason I haven’t rang in nearly 3 years 1. The practise cancelled my last appointment due to pandemic never informed me when they were up & running again ! When I explained I hadn’t needed any dental treatment in the past 3 years I was curtly told by the practise manger / Receptionist they didn’t run an emergency service so in short my loyalty to this abysmal surgery has been totally ignored I feel I am being penalised for taking care of my own oral hygiene & not adding pressure to the over stretched nhs service ! So now in retirement I am forced to seek private treatment on a pension !

Calls me today reminding me of my 6 month check up. Which is great because I love the fact they remind you! However, upon me then explaining due to work I won’t be able to attend I then get a snotty remark, telling me I will be removed as I have had two no shows and two short notice cancellations in a short period of time! My response was I haven’t not shown up! I have always shown up to all my app and then she felt the need to proceed to argue with me on the phone basically calling me a liar! The only time my appointments have been moved at short notice is by the practice themselves! In fact the times I can recall where my app has been moved has been due to them cancelling at short notice with me! Her attitude is appalling and hopefully has removed me off the database as I won’t be returning. Shame as the dentist himself is lovely!
