I am constantly getting appointments cancelled by the surgery and rescheduled without any prior contact, I work 8-4 Monday to Friday with one weekday off a month which is always fully booked. I arrange a 5pm appointment and a few days before I get a text saying they've cancelled it and put it in earlier sometimes on the same day (so clearly the dentist wants an early finish can't be bothered working past 4pm) I was told that my appointment on the 7th March was cancelled because my dentist is leaving and a new one would be in place by my appointment on the 28th March (obviously a lie) as it's the same dentist who cancelled on the 7th I've just been told Now the 28th has been cancelled and brought forward to 2pm on the same day so clearly as it's her last day she once again can't be bothered to work late again They're quick to kick people people out if they don't make an appointment within 6 months yet have no issue cancelling multiple appointments

Just been to Sefton Dental Practice today and before going i was a total wreck as im so petrified of going,The dentist that i saw was very professional and told me everything that they were going to do. I had 2 teeth extracted and didnt feel a thing,the reception staff are very friendly and i would definately recommend going there.Excellent treatment and very friendly dentist and staff.

I was seen by this dental service as an emergency. I arrived in pain and left feeling much better. Excellent dentist. Thank you

Sent here for an emergency appointment and was the first time I'd been here. All of the reception and dental staff were very friendly, explained things well etc and I was in and out in probably less than five minutes, after having a very bad back tooth extracted.
