Emergency appointment but didn't wait long past my appointment time. Saw a dentist and the nurse who were both lovely. Denstist explained what had happened and showed me my broken filling. Dentist explained everything clearly and I felt comfortable with him despite not having met him before. Saw a receptionist afterwards who was very helpful too and explained everything well. Very happy with the service and the fact I was seen so quickly and efficiently. This was a private appointment but I was happy to pay to be seen quickly and rectify my broken filling before it caused my pain.

I attended with toothache and was offered an appt very quickly. The issue was identified, the tooth was cleaned out and a temporary filling was placed in the hole. I was advised this would last a few weeks until I was back from my holiday and could then book in for root canal treatment. It did not; despite not eating at all on that side of my mouth, the filling lasted 4 days, and the tooth became so sharp I cut my tongue and have had mouth ulcers since. I therefore, whilst grateful the pain subsided in a couple of days, am not happy with the quality of the filling job done. I was so paranoid and careful with it, and yet it did not last whatsoever, not even for the duration of my week holiday.

Went in on Saturday evening as an emergency patient. Had to wait about 45 mins but they had 2 staff off. Dentist and Staff were very caring, would deffo recommend this Practice

All staff from the reception desk to the dentist are efficient, polite, listen and look after their clients really well. Would highly recommend them. I was there for a regular check up with my dentist and before that a visit to one of the hygienist.

I was able to get booked in for an emergency appointment on Sunday which resulted in a tooth extraction. I am a very nervous patient, but the dentist was wonderful and helped to make me feel relaxed and explained everything. I feel very grateful to have found the practice and would not hesitate to recommend it to others. Many thanks

I have been attending this practice for years. Each time I go they very helpful, friendly and efficient. Whenever there is an issue with my teeth they give me all the information I need to make a decision. My six monthly check ups are always very thorough. When I need work done they give me all the information I need to make my decision before proceeding. Always feel safe. Would recommend to anyone needing a good practice.

: Very poor experience since I went for my check up of lichen planus and dentist was more concerned about cleaning my teeth to make some extra money when I told her I don’t want to clean it, then she started pressing my gums with needle saying all gums are bleeding where as I just got it checked up in India all was fine . 35£ paid and just got out within 15-20 mins , it’s a day light robbery . I would never advice anyone to visit you guys and the dentist was also very junior she did not had much experience a newly joined. I am very upset about it .

I visited this dentist today for the first time for what I assumed would be a wisdom tooth extraction as a previous dentist told me I needed to have them taken out. I was met by a lovely dentist and can I just say what a lovely friendly professional person he is. I was extremely anxious but he put me at ease straight away with his friendly positive attitude. After the dentist investigated further it turns out the intense pain I was suffering from was due to an upper molar and not my wisdom teeth. He talked me through everything giving his professional opinion throughout. I opted for sedation to have my molar removed as I am so anxious and it was such a stress free process. We travelled 50minutes to come to this dentist and I would travel again in the future. My husband who is also an anxious dentist patient said he would go there in future too I was so impressed with the service received and how lovely the staff were. I would definitely recommend this surgery to anyone!!

From Yorkshire, just visiting family for the week. Our youngest daughter is a registered patient at this Dental Practice and recommended them to me. Scott Arms were able to sort my problem out. Half of a filling dropped out of my left lower rear molar. From the outset, all of the staff were very friendly and explained the various different procedures that could be performed and the best option was taken. Having successfully had a complete new filling with lots of care and attention to pain/comfort, l left the Dental Practice a much happier and pain-free person…. In turn, l would totally recommend the Scott Arms Dental Practice for rapid friendly and competent service. Many thanks to you all! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
