Attended for a hygienist appointment. Reception staff friendly, seen on time and well cared for. Problems with their internet connection meant that payment/future booking could not be done there and then and was handled very well/

The reception team are very friendly and helpful, during recent treatments when appointments have been complicated they have always been accommodating. I love my dentist he is very thorough, puts you at ease and never makes you feel rushed. Unfortunately the last time I was in, I have been left with sores around and inside my mouth that have become infected due to rough handling of the suction pipe. I told the assistant it was hurting 5 times, they did put vaseline on but just continued to be so rough that it ripped my lip open and now I have infected blisters on and in my mouth which are very painful. I also didn't like how many interruptions there were during my 2 and a half hour treatment. I was uncomfortable and wanted the treatment to be over but people just kept walking in the room without knocking and leaving the door open for people waiting in reception to see too. Apart from this occasion I have always had a positive experience and will continue to recommend the practice.

My visit was on 7th of May. I love this practice, they have amazing staff. My dentist is the best I`ve seen so far. She is like an angel. I like the filling she done without any pain, and my check ups with them.

Arrived just before appointment time. Welcomed by reception staff. Called by Dentist at allocated time. Always receive a pleasant welcome, 1st class treatment and service.

Attended this practice after being accepted as an NHS patient, was very Impressed by the clean and friendly team. I was assigned to a very nice dentst .They made me feel very calm and I know have a happy smile. Thanks to the whole team there . Professional, friendly staff from reception and dental team.

Never thought I'd say this about a dental practice, but my recent experience was great! I'd went in with toothache & even though my appt had been rescheduled, the lovely considerate, kind & friendly receptionist asked one of the dentists if they could spare 10 mins to see me..which one did! I had the offending tooth carefully assessed which included an x-ray & the prognosis & choice of treatment explained whilst sharing the x-ray image. I left the practice with prescription, great advice & a review appointment. I would definitely recommend this Professional, Considerate friendly practice as everyone I saw was kind & caring 😊

I saw my dentist today for a routine check up. He is extremely efficient and very friendly and welcoming. Always cheerful. Shame I’m not allowed to give his name!

I had a bridge which had come loose I was fitted in the same day and the dentist put it back in place. He is in my opinion a very good dentist always welcoming and extremely polite and attentive.
