Friendly and professional reception staff, ample parking, wait time less than 5 minutes for on-time appointment. Hygienist was very friendly and great at explaining what they were doing.

On arrival informed that the dentist was running late so prepared to wait a little longer. This was the first time to visit this particular dentist but he was very welcoming and kept us informed with everything

Went in on time the consultation was clearly explained with the various options available to me. The costs were explained and there was no pressure in making a decision.

All of the staff are friendly, polite and helpful. Dentist and assistant were like wise with a very good relaxed yet efficient manner. Service overall very good with regular contact and reminders up to the appointment and online forms completed before hand to speed the process up. Considering I really do not like the dentist this was an easy event!

I have not been to a dentist for years so was extremely nervous and worried as had a broken tooth , the dentist I saw was thorough and put me at ease , am seeing a hygienist for the first time and am awaiting for treatment ,experience so far has been all very good .

I went a little bit stressed for my root canal treatment but as soon as dentist started I knew there is nothing to worry about. He was great, very reassuring and did his job best.

I was made very welcoming. My Dentist explained everything to me. I didn't realise that I shouldn't use a mouth wash every day.

Just had my first appointment and I am extremely pleased. The reception staff were all very welcoming and polite and the reception area was clean, tidy and comfortable. The dentist himself made me welcome and put me at ease. His examination was thorough and he talked me through any issues that came up. The whole experience was very positive and I am more than happy to continue with this practice.
