Always on time, even with a mix up in giving an appointment time & not logging in in the system. Very good with my youngest child

I was greeted in a friendly manner, apologies were given fir changing my appointment time 3 times, the practice is extremely busy. I was asked to take a seat and then waited 35 minutes to proceed to the dentist chair. Although this was time consuming I was very pleased with the results of the treatment.

Returned today for new denture fitting . Reception were polite friendly, the area clean and uncluttered. Dentist explained about my new denture , tried it , it fitted well he said give it a few weeks and ti get in touch if any adjustments needed. Compared to my old denture it is already so much better.

Great experience, dentist was punctual and considerate throughout the dental work that took place. Crown preparations are never pleasant, but this was the best experience at a dentist ever. I recommend this practice and my dentist highly.

my dentist as well all staff are par excellence. My only criticism is the parking. I am disabled and the only disabled space is the furthest of all parking space and it is only the size of a normal car space. I normally park somewhere else but this morning my only option was that space.

I found the staff friendly helpful and the dental surgeon made me feel very relaxed explained everything which was more than my other Dentist did. It made me very feel very comfortable.

Dentist was very good she explained everything she was going to do with my procedure.She made me feel very relaxed as I am a nervous patient. She explained about the injection. The dental nurse was also very pleasant and made me feel at ease. It was all over with in a short time. She explained what to do when I got home. A very reassuring visit. Was seen at my exact time. The receptionist was very helpful and nice and smiling. The surgery was spotlessly clean.

I am 83 and this is the first time visiting a dentist after many many years . All the staff made me feel calm and listened to my views on past experiences . The male dentist and his nurse were extremely friendly and made me feel at ease , my daughter was also made to feel welcome in the room with me as I have a hearing aid

From the moment I arrived for my appointment to the time I left you I felt I was in good hands warm welcome in reception matched by complete professionalism. The Dentist and assistant welcoming me putting me at ease ensuring I was comfortable to proceed for my Dentures sizing and bite assessment. They made sure I was feeling good and provided samples for me to select a colour for the dentures giving me a nice Smile- First rate practice and the whole team are providing an example to others Smileys people put the Patient first!
