Booking system works especially when cancellations become available. Clinical team are great. Everything explained. Had a worse experience driving to Wycombe compared to the procedure itself. Thank you.

Very efficient service with everything fully explained. I would have given a score of 5 but after a stressful journey in order to arrive on time had to wait. I understand this was probably unavoidable.

Very welcoming receptionists. The dentist himself, very abrupt, boarderline aggressive with the work complete. When injecting, very harsh, I am not shy of pain but very OTT. I wouldn’t ever come back even if I was referred again.

The pleasant approach of both dentist and hygienist and the polite behaviour of the receptionist. Unfortunately my appointment was 30 mins late.

The surgery was extremely quick and no fuss, the dentist was clearly very good at what he does and I was very grateful as it was my first tooth extraction.

All Staff very friendly & kindness shown during my Root removal. I have come home to some pain & a swollen Face but this is only my second day and I feel confident if it continues Causes trouble I can Phone for advise.
