Every time I go to my dentist surgery I’m met with amazing customer service a friendly welcome and a very organised appointment system. It’s always clean and smells fresh and has a calming environment.

I have been with RGDP for many years now. Always great service. Everything you could ask for in a dental service. The new renovations also make it easier. Keep up the good work.

As always very pleased with all aspects of service and treatment. Was wary of what to expect today but reassured by every person encountered especially the dentist treating me.

Has an appt with the hygienist. She was great with my teeth, very knowledgeable about the care for my teeth. She cleaned, polished my teeth and advised me what to do in regards of cleaning in between my teeth etc. lovely lady

I saw a new dentist at the clinic today. She was friendly. Asked me lots of questions I hadn’t been asked before and gave me a step by step guild on what my treatment will be. Also the receptionist are extremely helpful and friendly.

My Friday last experience was the best traitment I ever experienced in my hole’s life. Arriving there with a pain scale of 15/10 and living the place with a 0% pain. I don’t have a qualification as that was Magic. Thank you very much for the help the doctor give to me????

I was very satisfied with all my treatment. But, I had a crown fitted on 19/12/23 and it fell out on 23/12/23. I have had several crowns over the years and they are not for life but I did expect it to last more than 4 days. I was really happy that I had this done before Christmas as am very conscious of the gap and now I will have the gap until I can speak to the surgery after Christmas.

When my cap fell it out I rang the surgery next morning and explained the situation and was asked if I still had the cap which I did. I was very pleased when the receptionist confirmed an appointment for the next day. I was greeted by friendly receptionists and was directed to the waiting area. I didn't have to wait long to see the dentist. Unfortunately the cap couldn't be refitted, so the dentist had to explain to me my alternatives. I was happy with the whole visit.
