    Contrary to what the NHS website says, they do not accept NHS clients. I was today to register children ... but they told me that only as private, but not NHS.... Disappointing.

    Dear Patient Thank you for your feedback and I am sorry for any inconvenience caused. Unfortunately, as this practice is already at maximum capacity for NHS patients, they are currently unable to offer you or your child an NHS place. In some practices where we have no NHS appointment capacity, we do have alternative private options for patients to access dentistry, outside of the practices NHS contractual obligations.     Contrary to what the NHS website says, they do not accept NHS clients. Theyre pricey, dont cater to people with disabilities/impairments, and only have basic general services. Disappointing. I was expecting more from a specially built dental facility.

    Dear Patient, Our website does state 'accepting new patients', and I can confirm that we are accepting NHS patients at the practice. However, new patient appointments are offered subject to capacity and are limited in number. Regrettably we cannot offer an NHS space to everyone who contacts us each day requiring care.
