    This was a caring NHS dentist for many years - not any more. It has been taken over, the original dentists have left and it just feels like another business selling something now. I had an appointment with the hygienist who said I needed a filling. Came downstairs to book appointment for filling to be told none available for 6 months!? You cannot book on the website they direct you to. When you ring, the number just rings out half the time. Raise any of these concerns with any staff at any level and it's all just shrugged off, not even an apology most of the time. What exactly are we paying for? outrageous.

    This dentist is really shocking... I've tried to book 3 times I believe over a year period and each time I've booked on the morning of the appointment I get a call to say the dentist has phoned in sick.. They have no backup plans and leave you to just wait another 3 months before cancelling again. Little care is given in your concerns and I don't think they value their customers as well. My children have been ages without check ups because of the slack service

    Been with Ropergate dental practice for over 40 years and now can't even get an appointment, it's been over a year since I saw a dentist. When I ring up I'm told call back in about three months. Should I manage to get an appointment i would now have to pay privately. My son who is still receives treatment on the nhs keeps getting his appointments cancelled by them. Now its answer phone, email or bot to get in touch, what happened to picking the phone up? Furthermore my 90 year old mother is having to wait 5 months for her appointment on the nhs.....really! Used to be a good dentists now it appears to be money first and old patients and nhs last.

    I have been with this practice @ 20 years and never had any complaint until today. Dont normally do reviews but feel strongly about this. As an NHS patient i was advised if i booked my annual check up i would need to pay in advance. They couldnt get me in until mid to end June. I was advised this was a change in policy due to no shows. I feel aggrieved by this not only are they having my monies for @ 6 weeks in advance, they can see my history of appointments for the last 20 years! What happened to loyalty to existing clients. Another example of practices going after private work whitening at expense of routine check ups. usually you pay for a service after it has taken place. leaves a nasty taste
