  1. Review titled Really unhlepful and unfriendly staff

Rated 1 star out of 5

by Anonymous - Posted on 28 February 2024

I am (was now) a registered patient at Rochester Lodge. I called to make an appointment and the lady on reception was rally unhelpful and difficult. I've noticed a bad attitude from reception and other staff a few times, so I decided *not* to use them anymore and to find another (private) dentist. It's their loss as I was going to ask about dental implants which would have cost a lot of money. I would strongly recommend going elsewhere!

  2. Review titled Brilliant experience at a very friendly practice

Rated 5 stars out of 5

I have only been using this practice for the last 6 months, however I had had an outstanding service. The entire practice are extremely friendly and welcoming. I have had a number of consultations and had some composite bonding work done and I am extremely happy with the results. My dentist worked hard to ensure I was totally happy and made me feel really comfortable. I would really recommend this practice!

  3. Review titled Wonderful practice

Rated 5 stars out of 5

I have been using this practice for around 25 years and found them to be faultless at all times. They are friendly, caring and nothing is too much trouble for them. You are made to feel welcome from the moment to come through the door. Value for money is one of their key objectives and they always offer a choice of solutions to achieve this. No work is carried out unless it is essential. An example is where I broke off half a tooth and expected to have to pay for a crown, but no, the broken part was glued back in place three time over a period of around six years. This tooth remains intact after all this time. An A* practice.
