    I came into today for my appointment today after being told on the phone to bring my matb1 form along with me and no one informed me that the dentist had gone private. I was sat patiently waiting for my appointment when I overheard the receptionist and dentist talking I overheard him say that “he didn’t care I was pregnant and that I hadn’t been for 2 years and he wasn’t taking on any more NHS patients ” and to “go back out and tell me she will have to pay” which I find extremely unprofessional. I would like to add I would have been happy to pay for this service but as I was so embarrassed I walked straight out. This conversation was very loud, rude and embarrassing for me as there was other people in the waiting room. To be treated like this heavily pregnant is completely unnecessary and left me very upset.

    I came in to ask if they were taking on NHS patients and was told no there is not an NHS dentist, I then asked if they knew of any dentists that were and was told to Google it, felt very embarrassed and patronised by this receptionist.

    I started visiting Robert when I was 15 I’m now 35 he has helped me through no end of dental problems and made me feel happy and comfortable with my teeth to the point where I now regularly get clean bills of health from him. I would never trust another dentist more.
