I have been in agony all weekend with my tooth and gum, they had no appointments this morning but the lady on reception said she would phone me if there was any cancellations and late morning she phoned there had been a cancellation- I have been treated and given antibiotics to start! The dentist and dental nurse was both lovely has I have a fear of dentists but both understood and was very patient. Thank you!

The appointment was all right it’s the practice that I am concerned about. When I came there was no receptionist, and people that were waiting didn’t know what’s going on. Then two nurses came out apologising that the dentist is running late and they are not even permanent nurses there don’t know what’s happening. The practice is really bad unfortunately.

My dentist was experienced and caring and completed a thorough job. Unfortunately when I went to book a further appointment for 3 months time I was informed that my dentist was going on maternity leave and there is no replacement dentist. Therefore I couldn’t make an appointment. I am thoroughly disappointed and hope this situation improves soon.

Always cancelling appointments at the last minute. I had the same appointment cancelled 3 times and wanted to cancel it today again.Once i came to the practice, waited for 20mns and was told sorry but the dentist can't see you today anymore, after booking an uber, missing 1hour unpaid work and getting cancelled after waiting for 20mns

I have been a patient of the practice for over ten years, and unfortunately that standards have slipped in that time substantially. I never see the same dentist twice although beyond that I don’t have any issues with the actual dental care. But the reception is appalling. Last time I called it took me 12 attempts over 1.5 hours to get somebody to answer the phone. Sometimes the phones are turned off saying the practice is closed despite it being working hours. I have had appointments cancelled with no communication or reasoning. Apparently now the practice is merging with another which has put all appointments on a hiatus whilst this occurs, I had to call to find this out as I didn’t understand why my appointment was cancelled this time. I am actively seeking another dentist now but unfortunately it is slim pickings out there. You really need to get some decent receptionist staff who actually answer the phone. And update your website so your patients understand what is going on when you are merging practices .

The dentist and the assistant were very professional. My child (5yo) had an appointment too. They were really nice and my child didn’t feel nervous at all.

The professional conduct throughout my appointment. I was well informed about my dental condition. I was even surprised to know that the dentist could actually remember me and my boys from a previous visit months back even though i know they come across a lot of people.

The dentist was very thorough and explained everything to me in detail. She gave me all the information needed to keep my teeth healthy. Very pleasant lady.

The receptionist was really polite and the lady who saw to my teeth was lovely also. I have a small fear of the dentist and they made me feel really at ease..
