I was very nervous and in a lot of pain. Even though the procedure was very painful the dentist and dental nurse did everything they could to make me feel relaxed.

Emergency appointment and everyone in the practice from the original phone call made me feel so at ease and calm! The appointment itself went smoothly as it could and I was treated promptly and with a smile! I wish this was my usual dentist but I am just too far away!

My overall veiw would be great i dont really like dentist but this was one off the best experience ive had with one Would recommend highly if your nervous has they talk u thru Great service thanks

Went today for emergency care and as a very very nervous patient I have to say the dentist and dental assistant were very patient. The dental assistant talked to me while having care to reassure me. Helped tremendously

Needed an emergency appointment for my grandson who is very nervous and apprehensive about dentists. Despite not being registered, the practice was able to give us an appointment and treatment. All of the staff , receptionist, nurses and dentist were polite, friendly and excellent. They dealt with our nervous grandson with care and extracted the tooth before he even realised.

Visited the practice today for an emergency appointment after contacting 111. Receptionist at the practice contacted me immediately upon opening to offer me the same day appointment (Sunday). She was very polite and informative and already put me at ease after I explained how anxious I was. On arrival the same receptionist greeted me with a smile, she was very friendly and welcoming. The male dentist and female dental nurse again were very friendly and welcoming. I explained how anxious I was due to previous bad experiences elsewhere. The dentist listened to my concerns and explained everything he was doing all the way through and kept asking if I was feeling ok. The dental nurse also kept reassuring me and held my hand. I had a tooth extracted and never felt anything, I received a 1st class service and cannot thank them enough.

I had to visit due to emergency filling replacement. My tooth had fractured and they had to remove it. I am very nervous patient and they were fantastic with me. I can’t praise them enough. Unfortunately they are not taking on any patients at the moment, I told them I would camp in the car park until they were.

I have a massive fear of dentist and had some pretty bad experience!! Suffer with anxiety but this dentist and assistant were amazing kept me calm talked me through everything!! They were so kind and patient with me
