The NHS dentist I saw at this practice is always very help friendly makes you feel at ease. Would highly recommend him.

I had a good experience. Reception staff pleasant and helpful. Dentist very pleasant, efficient and approachable. Spent time discussing my future dental plan and treatment

Only short wait for an appontment which was punctual and very friendly and efficient. Thankyou very much. (And why can't the review be all in capital letters - very pedantic to say the least).

Needed an emergency temporary filling and they offered me an appointment within the hour. The staff are friendly and the dentist was very good, fully explained what was needed and what happens next.

I feel very lucky to be registered at Quality Dental. All the staff are professional and friendly. My dentist takes time to get to know his patients and the treatment I have received is excellent. The practice is organised with regular reminders of upcoming appointments.

I had an extraction a few months ago and was only told once I was in the “chair” that it would cost £295.00. I felt a bit over the barrel at the time but did not question it – who would if you have a broken tooth. I remember very clearly that it took less than 5 minutes, and the dentist and I even joked about how easy and quickly the exaction was. A couple of months later, my partner had an almost similar extraction with the same dentist. However, that extraction was more complicated and took considerably longer, but only cost £195.00 When I raised the issue by email, I got a response from the receptionist “Your treatment was a different cost to your partners as (Dentist's name) charges based on the time and complexity of the treatment.” The time I spent with the dentist was considerably shorter than my partner’s, and much less complex, so it seems that prices are made up ad-hoc and I strongly suggest anybody checks the pricelist and makes sure they know how much they will be charged. Otherwise, you might get ripped-off like me.

Yes, they lived up to their name. I wasn't looking forward to my extraction but I was looked after by everyone from the front desk to the surgeon himself.

My dental check up went smoothly. Staff friendly and professional as always. Dental surgery/waiting area spotless, bright and comfortable. Dentist was efficient and reassuring.
