I discovered that my records carry a note saying that I cannot climb stairs. This meant that I was automatically allocated a treatment room on the ground floor without having to ask. This will seem a small thing to many people, but not if you are diasbled.

I visited Quality Dental Care for a check up. The dentist was thorough in the examination and followed up with some advice. My family have been with the practice for many years and we continue to experience a great service. The reception staff were also very friendly and helpful regarding appointments.

Extremely satisfied with my dental treatment would highly recommend any body to visit the dental practice. I had a white filling in my lower jaw which was painless and very cosmetically pleasing.

From someone who is petrified of the dentist I really must say how amazing quality dental have been with me. They have really caring dentists who take their time to explain things to me and calm my nerves, even though my nerves are never completely calmed they are kind and considerate and spend time reassuring me. I will never move from this surgery!!

Lovely dentist friendly smile to put you at ease. Haven’t needed any work to be done yet on my teeth , but I’m sure it would be very satisfactory.

This was a routine 6 monthly checkup. The practice reminded me of my appointment and asked me to complete medical declaration online . It was easy. I have been with this dentist for many years, and have complete trust in her advice and work. Very friendly, understanding and welcoming; helps me to feel comfortable and relaxed. This has been a very good practice for me, but I don’t know how they would react if I needed emergency treatment. My dentist changed from being NHS to private only.
