The reception and care I received was excellent, especially since I’d been away for a while. The practice was very transparent in their response to the questions I asked regarding cost and treatment. No hidden costs!

My appointment was on time and the treatment for a crown to a damaged tooth went very well. The dentist took time to explain everything involved including the cost. The whole treatment took some time but care was taken at every stage to ensure I was comfortable and in no pain. I was given a temporary crown whilst the permanent one is prepared. I felt very reassured throughout the whole process.

I had a broken tooth and I was fitted in quickly. The kindness and gentleness shown by the staff was appreciated. The advice was welcome too.

I attended as an emergency and received an immediate consultation with x-rays taken and a temporary filling. Overall I was very impressed.

Receptionist was efficient and welcoming. Hygienist was impressive, did an excellent job, thorough and understanding. Dentist was compassionate and skilful. Did a great job. I am so glad that I am under the care of an excellent dental surgery in our local area.

A huge thank you to Purley Dental Care for arranging an immediate emergency appointment when I broke a tooth. My dentist has recently dealt with numerous problems I have had with my teeth. Each time she has had patience, puts me at ease and has given a professional job. I big thank you to all the team, but must mention the receptionists who are really professional. With this new team I believe Purley Dental Care will grow.

I attended this practice yesterday and received excellent, professional service. The dentist who treated me was courteous, friendly and diligent and - as far as I could judge - seemed very proficient.

I called to book an appointment for a check up for myself and my 7 year old son. The receptionist offered me an appointment for us. When she confirmed their closing time was 17:30 I mentioned there was another local dentist advertising their closing time was 7pm, I said to the receptionist that I was going to make a call to the other dentist and would come back to her. The other dentist was not taking any patients. I called the receptionist straight back and they had finished for the day at 2pm! When I called the next day less than 24 hrs later!!! I spoke to someone else and was told that any patients that had not had an appointment within 2 years would be removed from the practice, well that's strange as I got one the day before!!! When I challenged her with this she said that she would have to refer it to Management for a decision. A week later I got a call to tell me that they would not re-register us. absolute uncaring disgraceful service - I have seen a number of bad reviews on here - you should be ashamed of yourselves!
