    Never answer the phone. Sat on hold for ages being told I was second in queue and the wait would be 5 minutes

    I have 2 broken teeth & advised would be referred for extraction. 6 weeks later, no update. Having been on hold for about 20 minutes eventually got through to a ‘person’ who advised only the dentist I saw could give me details of my referral. Apparently then only work every other Saturday, but hadn’t been in recently, and no idea when they would next be in. So - basically, apparently no-one can tell me if I have even been referred. My husband and son had appointments same day as me - both experiencing some pain and believe they may have cavities that need to be addressed. Both had x-rays and told no treatment needed other than paying £65 each to see hygienist. Appears to just be a conveyor belt to do level one inc x-rays, but not do any actual treatment. Will now pay further exam fees elsewhere to actually try to get treatment. Don’t go near this practice

    Phoned in this morning well within opening times but seems someone forgot to man the phone! No wonder NHS dentist a waste of time!

    Went here for some guy too count my teeth charge me and then after I had paid, Then told no appointments they aren't seeing any new patients.... Why get new patients in the door and charge them. What a scam

    They accepted nhs patients Really friendly and helpful. They fixed my broken filings and took impressions for night guard in my first appointment, no need to book another. Really happy with the service so far

    Overall, I regret choosing Pro Dental for my dental needs, and I strongly advise others to steer clear of this establishment. The lack of communication, excessive wait times, unprofessional demeanor, and subpar hygiene practices make it clear that this dental practice falls short of the standard one should expect from a healthcare provider.

    In the last 3 yrs I have had 5 appointments and 4 have been cancelled without telling me There is nowhere on there site you can complain to and the staff are not bothered Poor staff poor practice very very unprofessional warning keep well clear

    Each time there is an appointment booked it is cancelled. Like other reviewers here when you try and call back to rebook the telephone is never answered. I have made over 100 calls. I don't live in Southampton and it is a long round trip just to go and book. Appauling service and too many cancellations.

    I registered as a new pateint, waited 6 months fo my appointment to be told I was not boooked in. I travelled a 2hour round trip for the next appointment to be told the dentist was sick, I was then booked in for 2 weeks later. Third attempt...the night before my appointment, I received a text to say my appointment had been cancelled. When I rang (numerous times may I add, this clinic does not answer the phone), I was told I would have to wait to 2023 for an appointment as I am a new customer.....

    In short - avoid them, I've had multiple negative experiences with them now. Organised an appointment for extreme toothache, had to wait for 3 days, only for them to cancel the afternoon before, didn't answer the phone when I rang to book a new one, had to go in person. When I said that I was in a lot of pain, they didn't do anything to find me an appointment that day, and instead I have to wait for another 3 days with little sleep.
